Eternal Legacy
LIfeless Alive |
Metal/Punk: Heavy Metal
“This album has more attitude and power, in a heavier, more polished direction with less keyboards,” offers lead guitarist Shaun Vanek. “It’s a good mix of driving, dark metal with killer melodies and a heavier edge than our debut.”

Metal/Punk: Progressive Metal
Crafting effective neo-classical metal isn’t easy, and that’s why there are so few bands that can actually do the genre some justice. You need skilled musicians, a vocalist with a wide range (of both styles and notes), and a songwriter who knows how to put together an epic song without allowing it to get too bogged down in its own intentions. This Finnish group definitely has what it takes, and if this album is any indication, they’re quite serious about (and very good at) what they’re doing. With 11 tracks that collectively clock in at almost 75 minutes, this is a disc that just begs to be listened to over and over. The arrangements are both powerful and intricate, and vocalist Adrienn Antal has a voice made for this type of music.
